Using combined Focus Group Discussion and quantitative method, customer behaviors, usage habits, and demands of aviation service were studied. Airline brands satisfaction in flight routes between Vietnam and Taiwan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand was also measured.
