Mystery Shopper Survey, December 2017. A massive study to assess customer service quality based on 4 KPIs developed by Axis including:

  • Service Attitude
  • Working Manners
  • Knowledge & Skill
  • Problem Solving

The assessment was made for 15 different work positions at each of 84 supermarkets in 38 cities & provinces, done by a total of 3,316 mystery shoppers across the country.
